On December 1st, the signing ceremony of the ninth Energy Subcommittee cooperation agreement between China and Venezuela was held in Beijing. Witnessed by Director of China National Energy Administration Zhang Guobao, CNPC and Venezuela's Energy and Petroleum Ministry signed a joint venture agreement on Junin-4 Block.
